Heart Hand Snow (hearthandsnow.com) is operated by Trevo Fulfillment LLC ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and descriptions: we describe each product from its photos and the information the manufacturer or our supplier provides. Colors can look slightly different on different screens. Recommended ages and piece counts are as provided by the manufacturer or supplier.

Prices and payment: prices are in US dollars. Orders ship from China, and U.S. Customs may assess import duties on them; if duties are due, the carrier may ask you to pay them before delivery. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay. We may cancel an order and issue a full refund if a price or product was listed in error.

Shipping and delivery: orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in China to the 50 states and Washington, DC. Delivery times are estimates; see our Shipping Policy.
