Heart Hand Snow is an online toy store. We sell building sets and brick models, magnetic tiles and STEM kits, action figures, model kits, collectible figures, plush and board games.
Who runs the store
Heart Hand Snow is the name of the store. The company that owns and operates it is Trevo Fulfillment LLC. Our registered business address is 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110. This is a registered address only: there is no store, showroom or warehouse at this address and it is not open to visitors.
We are an online-only business with no retail store.
How your order reaches you
Orders are packed and shipped by our fulfillment partner from its warehouse in China, then delivered by USPS or FedEx. Most orders arrive in 11–17 business days. Because orders are imported from China, U.S. Customs may assess import duties on them; see our Shipping Policy for details.
Returns are sent to the U.S. returns address we use in Vista, California, with a free label we email to you. That address only receives returns; it does not ship orders.
What you see on our product pages
Product pages list what the item is, the piece count, size and recommended age when the manufacturer or supplier provides them, and what can be seen in the photos. Branded products are listed under the manufacturer's name. If something is not clear, email us before you order.
