Shipping policy

Short answer: orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in China and most arrive in 11–17 business days. Standard shipping is $7.95, and it is free on orders of $60 or more after discounts.

Where orders ship from

Every order is packed and shipped by our fulfillment partner from its warehouse in China. We do not ship from a warehouse in the United States.

Order cut-off	6:00 PM MT, Monday through Friday

All times are business days (Monday through Friday), not calendar days. Orders placed after 6:00 PM MT, or on a Saturday or Sunday, start processing on the next business day. Delivery times are estimates.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping: $7.95 per order.
Free standard shipping on orders of $60 or more. The $60 is counted after any discount is applied.

Where we deliver

We deliver to street addresses and P.O. Boxes in the 50 states and Washington, DC.

We do not ship to Puerto Rico, other US territories or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Checkout will not offer a shipping rate for these addresses.

Carriers and P.O. Boxes

Orders are delivered by USPS or FedEx. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so orders going to a P.O. Box are sent with USPS.

Import duties and taxes

Your order ships from China and is imported into the United States. U.S. Customs may assess import duties on it. If duties are due, the carrier may ask you to pay them before delivery. Any sales tax that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
